“Get your guns boys, they’re robbing the bank!”
Historical Period: Wild West, 1876
Ruleset: Legends of the Old West
Rules Knowledge Required: 0 - None
Players: 2 - 4
Game Length: 1 Hour
On the 2nd September 1876 the James-Younger gang rode into the town of Northfield intent on robbing the bank. The
gang thought the job would be easy - they were grossly mistaken. Rather than cower in reaction to the
robbers' threats the citizens of Northfield armed themselves with anything they had; flintlocks, fowling pieces,
frying pans and rocks. This game scenario is loosely based on the historical “Battle of Northfield” that followed.
Will Frank and Jesse James escape with the town's savings or will they die trying?
